Terms and Conditions FOR ONLINE AN STORE SETUP

1. Preparing Your Online Store

  • The more items, colors, and sizes you add to your online store, the more time is required to prepare your listings.

  • Each variation (size, color, and garment type) requires individual mock-ups and SKU creation.

  • We recommend starting with a smaller selection and expanding as we continue working together to streamline the process.

2. Order Fulfillment & Pickup/Shipping

  • Customers can choose to have their orders shipped or picked up at our shop.

  • Shipping fees will apply based on the selected shipping method at checkout.

3. Order Deadlines & Late Orders

  • The online store will close on the agreed-upon date.

  • Any orders placed after the store closes must be made by calling our shop during business hours at (812) 250-8296.

  • Late orders may be subject to availability and additional processing time.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges and returns on printed goods are accepted within 15 days of order fulfillment.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., names, numbers, embroidery) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
