Terms and Conditions FOR ONLINE AN STORE SETUP
1. Preparing Your Online Store
The more items, colors, and sizes you add to your online store, the more time is required to prepare your listings.
Each variation (size, color, and garment type) requires individual mock-ups and SKU creation.
We recommend starting with a smaller selection and expanding as we continue working together to streamline the process.
2. Order Fulfillment & Pickup/Shipping
Customers can choose to have their orders shipped or picked up at our shop.
Shipping fees will apply based on the selected shipping method at checkout.
3. Order Deadlines & Late Orders
The online store will close on the agreed-upon date.
Any orders placed after the store closes must be made by calling our shop during business hours at (812) 250-8296.
Late orders may be subject to availability and additional processing time.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges and returns on printed goods are accepted within 15 days of order fulfillment.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
Custom or personalized items (e.g., names, numbers, embroidery) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
